You will be charged once a month, on a fixed date, based on the date at which you purchased the subscription. Your monthly charge will be comprised of your plan’s base price along with any additional upgrades that were purchased (e.g. additional members added to your organization).

Yes. All plans are pay-as-you-go so you can add and remove members (Bit.cloud users added as members to your organization) from your organization at any moment. Members added to the organization are granted access immediately to the organization's features, according to the plan. Members removed from the organization will have their access and support revoked upon removal. Charging is calculated according to the actual number of members on the day of the subscription’s charge. This model helps you fit your plan and scale your work to fit your team’s needs.

Yes. All team and enterprise accounts receive support from our highly experienced engineering and tech product team. Response time guarantees might differ between plans, so it's advised to choose the right plan for your needs. All free and community accounts are given the best support possible without a response time guarantee, by the Bit.cloud team itself and by the Bit.cloud community.

Bit.cloud is hosted in a multi-zone architecture. This is to make sure that if there's an outage in a region, all services and data will still be available for all accounts. We monitor our servers 24/7. All data written to Bit.cloud is duplicated and replicated across multiple servers to ensure site reliability in case of data outage. Yes. Much like Git, Bit is distributed and components can be hosted on any server. This means there is no vendor-locking in using Bit.cloud, and you can decide to replace it at any time. However, if you move away from Bit.cloud, all features provided by Bit.cloud will no longer be available.
