Theme for PrepL. This is a HOC component, wrap your app/component with this component to use theme. For Gatsby development, please use Gatsby plugin ThemeTopLayout instead, please refer to https://bitbucket.org/clui/nui-fe/src/master/boilerplates/tutorial/giving-way-why-we-give-way-gatsby for example usage.
